Description
A dragonfly rests on a lily pad in the bright summer sun, casting a delicate shadow through his wings. This species is a Blue Dasher. Like all dragonflies they are carnivorous and the adults will eat nearly any flying insect. Blue Dashers like to stay motionless and lunge at any prey that comes within range.
