Description
A Monarch Butterfly (Danaus Plexippus) sips nectar from the tiny florets that make up the center of the flower head of an Eastern Purple Coneflower. (Echinacea Purpurea)
The photo was taken in Mid-summer in my wife's garden in NE Ohio, and, as such, she earned the naming rights!
