A view to the northwest of Ohio's Beaver Marsh on a clear, cold, February afternoon. Packed snow covers the wooden boardwalk and most of the water sports a thin layer of ice. The dusting of snow on the ice almost looks like powdered sugar.
The Beaver Marsh is part of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park and is on land reclaimed from industrial use and allowed to return to nature.
